71. Life Coach from Peru Finds Her True North

After working several years in market research in Peru and the U.S., and at a U.S. digital advertising agency, Tatiana realized the job was not “fulfilling her soul.” Her search led her to earn the credentials to fulfill her dream as a certified professional life coach.

Tatiana says there were several. Coming to the U.S. for college, learning the language and the culture, returning to Peru and then deciding to come back to the U.S. for a Master’s degree were all impactful. A marriage and a divorce, and a totally new career dramatically changed her life.

Perhaps it was to set her sights high. A lover of star-gazing, Tatiana recalls a meteor shower. Something told her, “One of those shooting stars is for me, to find my North.” The next day, the word “coaching” just came to her. Thus began her ground work toward her dream path.

“There is an app I love: StudioPlus. It helps you create content with pictures and quotes you can share online.” As a one-woman business, Tatiana writes all her own online content and creates all her own graphics. “I’m not a graphic designer. I rely on the internet, apps and web-based tools.”
