Sarah Boler has been practicing yoga for 25 years and teaching it for one. She is also a certified health coach and teacher. She has used yoga and meditation to help her through some difficult times. Sarah is passionate about sharing yoga with as many people as possible.
The Most Impactful Turning Point?
At 22, Sarah tried yoga, loved it, and found it compatible with her athleticism. Moving to Australia at 23, she continued practicing and learning, as she worked full time as a dental hygienist. Taking a teaching job in the U.S., she began teaching yoga to fellow teachers, viewing it holistically.
The Most Impactful Turning Point?
Settling in Florida, Sarah took a year off work. “I began asking myself, what’s my next phase? That’s when I really intensively got into yoga, manifesting things and getting more into my spiritual side.” Teaching 11th graders, she learned she is a natural teacher. Teaching yoga was a natural next step.
The Most Powerful Lessons Learned?
Yoga and meditation became Sarah’s survival mechanism. Increasing her workouts, meditation and yoga, she realized she had the spiritual and emotional strength to leave her husband and go out on her own. “The yoga and meditation are what got me through that tough time,” she recalls.
