How Did You Start Using Your Talents?
“As a young 18-year-old, I started my journey in the health industry, and that’s what really got me going. It was my early experiences, which most people would perceive as quite negative and scary. I had a very difficult upbringing, and by the age of 13 I had started developing an eating disorder, which progressed all the way through my teens into my early twenties. That was actually one of my biggest turning points, because I wanted to get myself well.”
The Most Impactful Turning Point?
“To be honest, I really feel like my entire life has brought me to where I am, and I’m exceptionally grateful for what many people would call ‘negative’ life experiences, because that’s made me a better coach, because it’s not just about formal qualification. It’s about life experience, too.”
The Most Powerful Lessons Learned?
“I’ve seen first-hand how things don’t create happiness. It comes from within. You’ve got to find what it is that makes you passionate and excited every day. What is it you would do, if you could do absolutely anything in the world?”
