I’ve always had a passion to help people understand God has gifted them in a specific way, and that God’s desire is for them to enjoy life to the fullest. Helping people discover their talents and understand their giftedness were central to my childhood at home and my ordained ministry.

The devastation of divorce and resigning as a pastor—the only thing he’d ever wanted to be—led him to build a life and a company based on helping people and companies identify and align their values and create added value in their lives and in the product of their work.
The Most Powerful Lessons Learned?
First, we are all designed to create value in life. When we create value, life is full and satisfying. The second is that all the good things we want in life are the result of value creation. As we create value for others, we experience that same happiness we bring to them.
