How Did You Start Using Your Talents?
Corena traces her self-discovery to a year she spent in Munich, Germany, “one of the best years of my life, where I started to come into my own personality. Then, back on campus, I was a radio DJ. I like to think of doing my radio show as my first webinar.”
The Most Impactful Turning Point?
Working as a floating secretary at a bank, her curiosity was piqued when she heard the bank had a V.P. of training. Something told her strongly, “That is the place for you!” Soon she was learning all about training, gaining the skills that eventually led her to start her own business.
The Most Powerful Lessons Learned?
Follow what excites you. You have to remember that you are the captain of your ship, the one who gets to steer the ship and go where you want to go. Networking is also important, meeting people, telling them what you need, or looking for people you can learn from.
